Job Title:  Field Service Representative

Department: Field Service

Hiring Bonus:  $1,500.00 Hiring Bonus To Be Paid Out After 90 Days of Employment

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support during field visits
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings
• Read blueprints and CAD drawings
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Experience with all assembly standard type construction and options
• Full comprehension of installation and maintenance manual
• Understand shipping bills of materials packing and marking methods
• Capable of performing final inspection and hipot testing
• Will complete purchase requisitions, internal requisitions, data collection sheets and probable’s list while navigating company computer network
• Provide quotations to customers for billable field service opportunities

Required Skills & Abilities

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair equipment on site
• Skilled at Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word

Education & Experience

• Five years’ experience in a production environment preferred
• Ability to perform field electrical testing including hi-pot is preferred
• Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Global Harmonization System Training (GHS), Lock Out- Tag Out Training, (LOTO)
  • Onsite training available

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25lbs.
• Able to travel
