Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Reports to:   Human Resources Manager

Classification: Non Exempt

Duties & Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
• Recruitment: Collaborate with HR manager and supervisors to determine staffing needs and conduct recruitment activities.
• Onboarding: Conduct employee orientation meetings for all new hires.
• Performance Management: Support the goal setting, performance evaluation, and employee development plan processes.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• HR Reporting and Recordkeeping: Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics as needed.
• Maintain AAP reports including applicant tracking.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
